“HPA axis gets practice when you attempt to flip backwards after swallowing empty fire, then again when you wonder why your back hurts. Its ABsurdity that we flirt with disease because we never were told of the cold hard certainty that stress usurps our dreams and supresses the best of our essence from encircling the quadressence; and some would say purposefully” – Paul Chek Jr

Do You Want To Get Rid Of Your Tummy?

Losing weight is a lifelong struggle for most women. Or, if not losing weight, it is a struggle to become firmed up and toned. Probably even more often, it is the two together.

There is often at least one part of her body that a woman wants to change, even if she feels good about it overall. Maybe it is her thighs she hates. Or she wants desperately to find out how to reduce tummy fat. This can be especially difficult as it can be affected by hormonal changes. As we get older, weight tends to cling to the waistline.

In the first place, try not to go crazy figuring out how to lose tummy fat. First focus on how to be as healthy as possible. A nutritious diet and exercising may not rid you of your tummy. Or it may not accomplish it as fast you would like it to. But your health will get better overall if you focus on those two things.

So first of all, review your exercise regime and your eating habits. Can you improve on them? Is your diet as healthy as it could be? It is important to eat whole foods that are unprocessed as much as possible.

What about your exercise habits? Do you make time to exercise regularly each week? You cannot spot exercise to lose fat but you can spot exercise to tone. Make sure that your routine includes plenty of abdominal work. Unfortunately, crunches are still one of the best ways to work on your abs.

Make sure some of your workouts are fun ones, especially if you do not like going to the gym. If you want to lose weight, it is a simple equation of eating less calories than you burn. You need to do the ab work but you can do whatever other exercise you want to burn calories.

Getting outdoors is a great way to get the exercise you need. This will generally reduce your stress level as well. When you are stressed, you have a tendency to hold onto fat. Think about buying mountain bike equipment if that is something you love. When you enjoy the exercise, you will be far more likely to do it on a regular basis.

Speaking of stress, find ways to reduce this in your life. A daily practice of meditation is one of the best ways to relax your mind and your whole nervous system. Focus on your overall health rather than your tummy. Whatever your physical results, you are likely to be happier with you.
