I love to shop, cook and please people. There are no greater joys in my life, but hell, that’s how I roll! "Laissez les bons-temps rouler!"
I find when I’m hunting shop to shop for the needed spice, the undisjointed oxtail, the perfect fifth of mead, and all those other crazy obstacles we put ourselve through to make the perfect meal a "succes fou" I can distract myself from anything troubling my mind or my heart.
When something’s troubling you, shop then cook! It’s a lot cheaper than therapy, and all that home cooking (you’ve only yourself to thank) is the perfect panacea for most problems. It certainly cures homesickness, at the very least. And it certainly makes you a lot happier knowing that you’re eating healthier and eating meals just like grandma used to make!

Hot Bath (Don’t spare the bath oil) Sometimes with candles, relaxing music in the background. A big cup of herbal tea and a good book. If your not a reader an activity that is relaxing to you. Watch a good movie talk to my your friend and I’m good to go. Good question I guess everyone is different, but that works for me. Have a safe and relaxing 4th of July.

yes, stress will cause you to have irregular periods. It also has alot to do with your age and your body. If you are a month late, a pregnancy test will reveal you being pregnant after 2 weeks. Its nothing to worry over though. All women at some point in their life will have irregular periods. However, it is not good for you to miss your periods months at a time. So if this happens consult a doctor right away.
